I've always been interested in nutrition and fitness however over the years I've realized true health is so much more than these two components. It's also a mindset where positive thinking, mindfulness, self love, body acceptance and daily gratitude are essential and the key that is often missing. 

I'm here to help you see how nutrition, movement and mindset are all intricately intertwined. How the foods we eat or don't eat impact our thoughts and mood which in turn affect our energy and activity level. Together we will work on building healthier habits so you can thrive through every stage in life using 3 key steps:

1. Awareness: Understanding Your Body's Change

Perimenopause is one stage in life that can bring a wave of confusing and often frustrating symptoms—from hot flashes and night sweats to mood swings, weight gain and sleep disturbances. Awareness is the first step toward finding relief. It means tuning in to your body's new signals and recognizing that these changes aren't a sign of personal failure, but a natural biological transition. We'll work together to help you identify how your symptoms are impacting your daily life, from your energy levels to your relationship with food.

2. Acceptance: Embracing Your Journey

 

Diet culture often teaches us to fight our bodies, especially when they're changing. Acceptance is about letting go of that struggle. It's the conscious choice to meet yourself with compassion, not criticism. We'll move beyond rigid rules and embrace a more flexible, gentle and mindful approach to eating and movement. This step helps you find peace with your body as it is right now, building a foundation of self-trust that is essential for sustainable health.

3. Action: Taking Empowered Steps

 

Action is about translating your awareness and acceptance into tangible, empowering steps. This isn't about quick fixes or extreme diets. Instead, we'll create a personalized plan focusing on realistic, evidence-based strategies. This may include adjusting your nutrient intake to manage specific symptoms, incorporating movement that supports bone and muscle health, and developing minds practices to reduce stress. Every action is a step toward feeling more in control and thriving during this stage of life.
